At Click Mart, we are committed to handling all orders with the utmost care. Once an order is received, we prioritize shipping it as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are shipped within 2 to 24 hours. We strive to deliver orders to our customers in the most efficient manner.

Delivery Time for Standard Shipping Option:

- Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed from Islamabad & Rawalpindi are delivered within 24 hours. In case of any unavoidable delays, customers will be notified.
- Domestic Orders: Orders from other regions in Pakistan are delivered within 2 to 5 working days.
- International Orders: These are shipped through DHL and delivered within 5 to a maximum of 15 days.

Express Delivery:

We offer Express delivery options for an additional charge. Since shipping costs are based on weight and distance, please contact our team via WhatsApp at +92 317 7709223 & 4 or email us at marketing@clickmart.com.pk for a quotation. Please note that Express delivery is not available for Cash On Delivery orders.

Shipping Cost:

- Standard Shipping: The cost is calculated based on the weight of the order, with a minimum charge of Rs.200 for all domestic orders.
- Express Delivery: The cost is charged based on actual weight and distance.

Conditions for On-Time Delivery:
